Thank you for shopping with Ergolife Health.
This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled for products purchased from our website.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellation
You may request to cancel or change your order before it has been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change the order. In this case, you may need to follow our return process after receiving the item.

Returns
We accept return requests within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase is required.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once opened or used.
This may include personal care items, hygiene-related products, or products that cannot be safely resold after use.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, exchange, repair, refund, or other solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items, Ergolife Health will assist with the return process and reasonable return shipping costs where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
